With over a decade of experience in mushroom cultivation, we've sold over 7 tonnes (and counting) of high quality gourmet mushrooms to greengrocers & restaurants since we started operating Glasgow Mushroom Company in 2019. Now, with Caledonia Mushrooms we want to share our experience & knowledge with the public and make growing mushrooms at home as easy, enjoyable and low impact as possible. 

While many growers buy in spawn & substrate to either fruit themselves or sell on as kits we go out of our way to own every part of our process. We're vertically integrated and fanatic about quality at every step. 

With our grow-at-home kits we've already done the hard part so you can have all of the fun, none of the stress, and at the end the freshest mushrooms you’ll ever eat.
