Refund policy

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

  RETURNS
  We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible
  for a return, your item must be unused and in the same
  condition that you received it, in its original packaging.

  PERISHABLE AND LIVING PRODUCTS
  As our mushroom grow kits and spawn are living biological
  products, we are unable to accept returns on kits that have
  been opened or activated. If your kit arrives damaged or
  defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with
  a photo and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

  REFUNDS
  Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by
   email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your
  original payment method within 5-10 business days.

  EXCHANGES
  If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact
   us and we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
