SHIPPING POLICY

  PROCESSING TIME
  All orders are processed within 1–3 business days
  (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a
   confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

  SHIPPING WITHIN THE UK
  We ship throughout the United Kingdom. Shipping rates and
  estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on
  your location.

  LIVING PRODUCTS
  Our mushroom grow kits and spawn are living biological
  products. We take great care to package and dispatch them
  promptly to ensure they arrive in the best possible condition.

  During periods of extreme heat or cold, we may delay dispatch
  to protect the quality of your order. If this affects your
  order, we will notify you by email.

  TRACKING
  Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a
  shipping confirmation email with tracking information where
  available.

  DELIVERY ISSUES
  If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery
  timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with the
  carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the
  carrier, but we will do our best to resolve any issues.

  If your package arrives damaged, please take a photo and
  contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can arrange a
  replacement.
